TXFocus18SMAn Important Message

Most of the presentations at the 2018 Texas Focus Conference will include presentation handouts in fully accessible formats.  You may collect all of the handouts or only those that are related to the sessions for which you register.  The handouts will include, whenever possible the contents of the speakers' powerpoints if they are using one during their presentation. If there is no handout posted, there is no handout provided for the session.

Handouts should be posted online on or about February 23rd. Participants will also receive and email notice when the handouts go up.

If you request a special format in your account profile such as large print or accessible downloadable file in Word, these will be available for you.

All participants will receive the Session Guide in a paper or braille format when they sign-in.

Can't Download and Print Handouts?

If you have any trouble downloading and/or printing the handout to bring with you to the conference, please contact Carrie Keith at  or 512-206-9314.  We will be happy to provide a paper copy for you when you sign-in at the conference.

Some handouts may not be available until Wednesday before the conference.  If your session does not have handouts posted, check back to see if some are added nearer to the date of the conference.
